Like arid desert plains stretch far and wide
Branches long, they journey without a guide
North, south, east, west, they reach out in stride
At intersections met, their courses slide
Like the Monguba flower in its prime
Blooms once in life's intricate chime
New bonds form in time's subtle rhyme
Blinded by daylight's gleam sublime
In the palm lines' intricate dance I find
The capricious paths of our kind
Much like the brutal bird of prey's flight blind
A cruel nature’s design intertwined
