A lighthouse in the storm of life

Upon the mountain's crest I first began

 

For health's sake, to trace its winding span

 

A quest of strength, of breath, and beating heart

 

In nature’s gym where wellness could restart

 

But as my body thrived in newfound might

 

There sparked a flame, a beacon in the night

 

A purpose bloomed, perspective took new flight

 

In mountain’s cradle found I true delight

 

Now nestled in her bosom calm and wide

 

I savor peace where tranquility resides
